Welcome to Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.finsrasdhoodive.com, and any bookings,
inquiries, or services you make through us. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree
to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information
Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center is located in AA. Rasdhoo, Maldives, offering scuba diving courses,
fun dives, excursions, accommodation and related services.

2. Bookings and Payments
We use your personal data to:
- Bookings can be made directly through our website, via email, WhatsApp, or approved
third-party partners such as Booking.com or TripAdvisor. - To confirm your booking, we may require a deposit or advance payment.
- Full payment must typically be made before the start of your activity unless otherwise
agreed. - Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
By the Guest:
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled dive/activity may be eligible
for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made later than 21 days may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- No-shows on the day of the dive are non-refundable.
- No-Shows, Late arrivals and Early departures: 100% of the total invoice value.
- Shifting of booking dates, name changes after expiry of release period, apart from
departure date extension, will be considered as a cancellation.
By the Dive Center:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, safety concerns, or
unforeseen circumstances. - In such cases, guests may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund for
the affected service.
4. Diving Requirements
- All divers must present a valid certification card (C-card) before participating in any
certified dives. - Divers must complete a medical form and disclose any health conditions that may affect
diving safety. - The dive center reserves the right to deny participation if a guest is deemed unfit to dive
for safety reasons.
5. Equipment and Liability
- Guests are responsible for equipment rented from the dive center and will be charged for
any lost or damaged items. - Diving activities are undertaken at your own risk.
- While we prioritize safety, Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center is not liable for injuries,
accidents, loss of personal property, or delays beyond our control.
All participants must follow and strictly adhere dive briefings, safety protocols, and instructor instructions at all times.
6. Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to have valid travel and dive insurance covering medical
evacuation and dive-related incidents.
7. Website Use
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- You may not copy, distribute, or use any text, images, or content without written
permission from Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center. - We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites linked
from our site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center and its staff shall not be held
responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Delays due to weather, transport, or third-party service providers
- Inaccuracies in information provided by guests
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on
this page with the effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives.
