Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 29th April 2023
Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines
how cancellations and refunds are handled for diving, accommodation and excursion bookings.
1. Guest Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email or
WhatsApp.
- 45 days or more before the activity:
Reschedule or refund without penalty. - 44 days to 21 days
50% refund - 20 days before the activity:
No refunds or free reschedule.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method used for the
booking.
2. Cancellations by Fins Rasdhoo Dive Center
We may cancel or postpone dives or excursions in cases such as:
- Unfavorable weather or sea conditions
- Safety concerns
- Equipment or operational issues
In such cases, guests may choose between:
- A rescheduled activity (subject to availability)
- A full refund for the affected booking
3. Dive Courses and Packages
For multi-day dive courses or packages:
- Cancellations made follow the same policy as above.
- Once the course or package has started, no refunds will be issued for unused portions.
- In cases of medical emergencies (with documentation), partial refunds or credits may be
offered at management’s discretion.
4. Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor, travel agent),
their cancellation terms may apply.
Please check their respective policies for details.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural
disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will do
our best to offer rescheduling options.
